Hi all,
How to send email notification to end user if approver added any comments for
approval line item in IIQ?
And vice versa if end user added comments on item how we can notifying the approver?

Hi Muni,
Requester can add comments while creating request and although there’s no OotB notification for comments added event you can use the approver notification to include information about comments into the email template.

Similar applies to comments added to the request by approver. Once decision is made you can send notification to requester with information about state of the request and/or comments.

This notifications are configurable in OotB LCM Provisioning workflow using notificationScheme and *notificationTemplate variables.

If you want to send notifications in a different way you will have to quite significantly customize LCM provisioning workflow what can cause IIQ upgrade problems in the future.
