Is there a way to send an email to the approvers if the provisioning failed during access request? I am thinking this can be done via workflow but what would be the trigger for it and how could I pass the access request id in the email? If you could please share a high level workflow just to see the logic behind it that would be great. Even better is there are more direct ways to do this rather than via workflow.
