Selective UI view availability of Bulk Approve option for specific line items

One of our client is working with Manager certification per application basis. They need to provide bulk approve option for selective items while the feature should be disabled for the other items in the same certification. Consider below scenarios:

  1. Users which are already certified but no change in workday attributes - still show in campaign and bulk approval option should be there
  2. Users which are not certified before - show in campaign and can only be decided individually (no bulk option)
  3. users whose attributes are updated since last certification - show in campaign and should be approved individually (no bulk option)
  4. in any case, bulk revoke and single review options should be there
  5. Campaigns are set up per application.

Please let me know if this can be achieved using OOTB or any custom functionality.

There is no such feature in OOTB. However, you can try customizing UI design but its not advisable, however if you are good at UI changes then you can proceed.

You can modify the UI with a plugin. I am not aware of one currently available to do what you are asking. You would need to custom develop one.

Seems this isn’t possible through any recommended customizations using OOTH features. Thanks all for advise.
