Is it possible to have an option in certification campaign for an approver to bulk approve the access items for multiple people at a time instead of approving one by one? If yes, could you please provide the documentation (if any) on how to configure this?

Hi @Laks - at this time there is not a way to bulk approve Identities in the UI. You can try View By Access Items which will allow an approver to approve multiple Identities but only the access they share, so there may be times when there are fewer access items than Identities. Of course there is the API to bulk approve but doesn’t help your average manager/approver. Might be a good suggestion for the Ideas page.

As said by @ryan_toornburg, for now there is no option to bulk approve/reject the access. Idea has already been submitted and considered for future enhancement.

@Theja_G Thanks for your response. I see that an idea is submitted but that pertains to the bulk requests for access requests. My question is realted to “certification campaigns”. Is there an idea submitted for bulk approval in access certification campaigns?
