Seeking Alternative Methods for Importing Organizational Accounts from Zendesk to SailPoint

We integrated Zendesk into SailPoint for access management and have been using it for the past year. Recently, we have been facing an issue with aggregation. Previously, there were only 80k accounts in Zendesk, but now there are 1.8k+ (our organization’s accounts + customer accounts). Due to the API limit, it is taking more than 40 hours, and sometimes it fails. Is there an alternative way to get only our organization’s accounts into SailPoint?
