i am trying to onboard netskope application for identity management on the sailpoint identitynow. i encounter this issue.

Is this a WebService connector.? If yes, this looks an issue with pagination.

That may not help. Do you get all the 1902 results in 1 page when you do the postman query.?
If not, how does the last part of the result look like.?
You may need to do something like this, as given in the examples in the above document based on the response to the GET call.
on postman query it get 1902 users.
