Search Subscription - User access level required

I need to set up a subscription for a saved search, and was wondering if the subscribers need to have a certain level of access to view or download the report.

I have setup a test search subscription, and the link received in email works only when I login as ADMIN. I am not able to see the download button when I have logged in with USER level account

I would say the 5 checkboxes below on the matrix under reports

I tried this as Tom suggested with one of the user levels. If I am just a user, I do not have access to Search. If I have one of the other levels, I can access the report.

The bad thing that I see with this is your identity that needs the report will get access to whatever other items are in that user level whether they need them or not.

Alicia -No Segregation/filter. My issue is if your a Commonwealth that has 160 + Agencies when you get access to reports you have access to all 160 agencies data to run reports on. There is no way to lock down the data per agency.

Report Admin role is required to download reports from subscribed saved searches

yes I had similar situation where I provided report admin level access to user who wanted to receive that subscription.
