Search identity details opens in very small screen

Hi all,

If we click on an identity from search to see more details, we see the following:

Note that the popup is a small screen, that has a scroll bar which would have been unnecessary if the popup was adjusting to the screen.

Also, if we want to navigate on this identity through the different tabs, we either have to click on one of the three very small bars marked in the image below, which doesn’t increase in size if you hover on it, or click on the arrow buttons, which are not next to each other for quick navigation.

It would be great if this gets an update such that it is easier to view this information (also I think that this ‘more details popup’ should display all identity attributes here. These attributes are returned to the browser by the search query anyway. Now we would need to update the columns to get this information.

Hi Angelo,
It looks like there is hardcoded value for max-high to 600px in the css of IDN so I suspect you would need to make a feature request to Sailpoint in order to change it

For now I will leave it here as feedback for SailPoint to read. I don’t consider this a feature request. Of course if you see making this change as a feature and you would like it to be added, feel free to create a feature request yourself :slight_smile:
