SCIM 2.0 Enable and Disable Response

Created a SCIM 2.0 source. When we disable or enable and account we see that the account is disabled in the system but Sailpoint doesn’t recognize the change. The account still stays at whatever status it was.

We can aggregate the account and it will update in Sailpoint.

What is Sailpoint expecting to get back from the SCIM Connector to update that?

Hi @SailAway - did you end up finding the answer to this query?

I also have a similar question as to how the account status is reflected in IDN based on the status of the account within the SCIM2.0 based native system, and what attribute drives this.

Did you explore using IIQDisabled and/or BuildMap rules (noting there is no BuildMap rule for SCIM source).

Thanks

Hi @whoiscjay,

We never found a way to do this. We scraped the connection soon after.
