SAP Direct - Attributes roles and profiles empty

Hi everyone, I’m working on SAP Direct connector for S4HANA on-premises with CUA system.

When I aggregate the accounts, the attributes ‘Roles’ and ‘Profiles’ are empty and so accounts don’t have any entitlements.

I’ve enabled the CUA system option, checked the permissions of the service account, we tried to give all permissions, aggregate only one account but the result is the same.

When checking SAP logs we can clearly see that the service account reads the roles on the accounts but none is aggregated on ISC.
