Is anyone else seeing a big UI change in Sandbox? One of my clients’ sandbox tenant is missing the nav bar (mega bar?) completely:

No issues in any of my clients sandbox environments. It seems there are some outages happening right now so may be somewhat relevant to your environment:
This seems to have resolved itself, the UI looks normal again.
