I made a request to access the Salesforce source, but the status remains Provisioning forever.
Do you have any idea what it could be?
Usually this occurs because the access requested is not provided in the response from the end-point. For example, you might request an entitlement called “Group 123” but Salesforce’s response is just “123” so the loop is not closed and the status remains in Processing. That’s something to consider and hopefully helps you track down the issue.
How can I get around this problem?
Whether IdentityNow sends the request. it means that access was provisioned at the end-point, however, the return is not as expected, meaning that IdentityNow does not close the access request. Correct?
That’s my understanding. Have you enabled debug logs on the connector so that you can see the response?
