Sailpoint Service Desk is not opening multiple tickets

I am configuring Sailpoint Service Desk with ServiceNow, i am getting a problem that if the user request more than 1 profile at the same Source it is opening only 1 request and retrieving only 1 access profile on the ritm description as you can see on the screen.

How can i troubleshooting this problem? If i request diferents sources, it is opening 2 ritms correctly, this problem only occurs if i am requesting 2 access profiles from the same source.

it is not giving any error, just doesn’t open 2 ritms, either on the servicenow side is not giving any error.

On the servicenow debug i can see this log, thats only retrieving 1 profile:
