Hello @tyler_mairose ,

this is such an interesting event, and I am very interested in it. However, I won’t be able to participate the Navigate in person, may you express more how it may work for those developers who wants to participate but not attending the Navigate?

Hey @mike818148 @Chaithu9110,

How can you join a team and participate?

If you request to join the group above, you can then discuss in chat with other members who have teams that will be attending Navigate to potentially join the team. I would suggest posting in the chat with your experience and what you might have to offer the team!

The reason at least one member of the team has to be attending Navigate is because the winners of the Hackathon will demonstrate what they’ve built live at Navigate in Austin.

As I mentioned above the email for Navigate attendees is going out soon so people forming teams might not be in the chat quite yet.

Super excited to see what everyone comes up with!

Oh snap! It’s happening! Let’s goooooo! Can’t wait to see the teams and what you come up with! @tyler_mairose do we get to see the prize list yet, or is it a secret?

@Bakhari it is a secret for now  the prizes will likely be announced when all the project details are released on September 15th

Hi! I’m joining navigate in London, later this year. Will there be a European edition?

@pdeloos

Hey Pieter,

This year we have only planned for the Hackathon to be at the Navigate in Austin TX.

With that being said, you can still see if a team needs additional help by requesting to join the group above and chatting with other participants!

I might do that. Thanks for the info!

Hello @tyler_mairose, may I ask is this something new, or do you mean the one mentioned in: UI Development Kit | SailPoint Developer Community , which is the one here: GitHub - sailpoint-oss/ui-development-kit: A platform to take building Identity Security Cloud integrations to a whole new level

Hey @mike818148, it is the one you’ve linked to. We have refactored things quite a bit from the original implementation to make things easier to get started building quickly

Can I attend to learn about all the different projects and get familiar with the new updates? - Not looking to participate at the moment.

@tyler_mairose is there a max team size?

Hey @eberteo,

If you will be at Navigate you can certainly stop by the Hackathon on Monday to see what everyone is working on!

If you’re just looking to see the projects, they will be posted here in the community once they’ve all been submitted. I haven’t narrowed down where I would like to put them quite yet, so stay tuned on that

Hey @mcheek :waving_hand:

Yes, the max is 4. I’ve updated the post to include this information!
