Hi, Can anyone please tell me if we have any scope of checking what SMTP server used in our IdentityNow tenant. This is just for information purpose. If I want to know which SMTP server and port is used to send email from IdentityNow, how can I check it.
Hello Himanshu, I think In ISC there is no customer visible SMTP server or SMTP port to check. SailPoint sends tenant email notifications through AWS SES, not through a customer configured SMTP relay. Check this documentation: Customizing the Email ‘From:’ Address.
What you can configure is the email From address, domain verification/DKIM, and custom MAIL FROM domain under Admin > Global > System Settings > Product Branding.
