I would like to know if there is a way to log into the ISC environment with an initial username and password. Because I have a case where we need to access the environment, but no one else has access.
IIQ has a spadmin, but I don’t know if ISC needs it.

If the case is that , no Identity is existing access to the tenant.
Contact sailpoint support team.
There will be a support identity hidden in the tenant which will be able to login .
