Why does it just say everything is operational, and no incidents?

I believe SailPoint is down (login is throwing an error saying There was an error connecting to the organization for this address!) due to AWS outage. It has affected other services as well like Atlassian/Jira. AWS outage status page.

I’m surprised why there’s no mention of this outage on the SailPoint status page.

You need to be able to login into Atlassian to be able to update the status page.
Quite suprised they dont have a backdoor for login.

My advice is don’t log out of Confluence / JIRA or you wont be able to get back in.
