SailPoint ISC Down?

It appears all tenants that I’ve attempted to login to this morning are showing the following error. Additionally - ALL API calls appear to be failing. We’ve checked numerous client tenants and seeing the same across all of them

Is there any automatic monitoring and updating of the pages https://status.sailpoint.com/ and https://status.identitynow.com/ ?

Yes and they just updated it finally about 5 minutes ago

Looks like it is back now, I am able to login to our prod tenant.

Why were not all affected regions marked as down?

I know we are waiting on a root cause analysis, but is there any indication on why these issues would span across both dev and prod environments?

My understanding is that changes are first deployed to sandboxes, then later to production in order to alleviate some of these issues.

Taking a wild guess - this was not related to migration of code, but something else near the “top level” of “sailpoint.com” or similar. Based on the fact that API calls where failing with a 503 (the server is currently unable to handle the incoming requests) it seems like neither the API or the UI could find “home”.

Definitely waiting for the RCA to be published though considering we had many of our clients down hard in PRD.
