Role Refresh Not Working

Hi all,

I am currently facing an issue where a Role Refresh is not working at all, I do all the required changes, click on “apply changes”, Role Refresh runs and nothing changes. Is everyone facing this issue in their Sandbox Environment?, if not can anyone suggest how this can be resolved?

Hi Colin,
Yes I did open a ticket and it got resolved but I never got to know the reason, they just said it was an internal backend issue, doesn’t SailPoint notify when Services are down?

We do have a status site at https://status.sailpoint.com/. Your issue may or may not be in there though.
