Refreshing roles in the us-east-1 region

Hi All,

Is anyone experiencing difficulties with role refresh for tenants in the us-east-1 region? I attempted to refresh roles multiple times in both the production and sandbox environments, but the roles are not being successfully refreshed.

Don’t have tenant in this region to check it for you but I’ve checked status reporting for IDN and all services are and were green for US-East-1

You can check status of the systems here https://status.sailpoint.com/ with details on latest downtime. There is no ongoing issue with role refreshs on us-east-1 region in last 3-4 days.
