Hello everyone,
Whenever a new identity is registered, it enters an approval workflow. I would like to enforce that a comment be entered any time an approver clicks Approve or Reject on that registration request.
Could someone please help me configure SailPoint IIQ so that comments are mandatory for both approval and rejection actions?

You can check this option by navigating to Debug > IdentityIQ Settings > Miscellaneous, and then selecting the option âRequire comments for all access items.â

as per my understanding IIQ does not provide that feature OOTB.
In case you want to make those comments mandatory youâll have to customize the workflow and also the approval form in order to have control
The âmandatory commentsâ configuration mentioned above does solely apply to Access Requests.
