Required string attribute 'User' is not defined

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to test the create account function for a test ad source in sandbox. I requested access for an entitlement on the source to kick off the create account for a test identity. As a result I am getting this error in the request stating that the required string attribute ‘User’ is not defined.

Have you seen this error before and what steps have been taken to resolve it? I have seen similar threads suggesting to remake the source, but that did not resolve the issue and threw the same error. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Do you have IQService set up? Is it the newest (May) version? If so, do you have TLS enabled? Are other provisioning actions working? Disables, attribute syncs, etc.?

IQService is set up and using TLS, I would have to login to IQService and check the version.

Hi @aparrado,
Please have static value configured for both dn and samAccountName and see if it tries to provision without any error. If this works then it seems that there is some issue with your samAccountName transform.

Hi @aparrado - to concur with @RAKRHEEM - can you post your sAMAccountName transform in full?
