Request time out error in 8.4P2

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4 Patch 2, and have intermittently observed the following request timeout errors at various screens. The issue is replicated even while accessing SailPoint via the direct URL (without Load Balancer involvement).

Has anyone experienced similar behavior post-upgrade?

Would appreciate any insights, possible causes, or recommended troubleshooting steps.
