Hello all,
We have some applications inserted on the Application module in ISC however we would like to take advantage of this structure on the ServiceNow Sailpoint ISC Plugin.
The plugin currently allows Roles, Access Profiles and Entitlements.
I can’t find any documentation on how to user the Application structure (that ultimately will provisioning Access Profiles) since its more user friendly for some one that wishes to request access.

Applications contain one or more access profiles, and the servicenow catalog integration has the ability to filter by application in the search section, which will return your list of access profiles tied to that application.

Yes, that indeed is possible since 4.0 version (if im not mistaken).
However its not very user friendly, because you won’t see any information regarding the application that you might need access.
The behavior should be similar as it is on ISC native Request Center, where you can see all of the applications and after you can choose the access profiles linked to that said application.
Is this possible in any way in ServiceNow or will it be further down the road?
