I have setup the Sailpoint Application in Azure AD and set Graph permission as Mail.send as mentioned in the Sailpoint documentation. Moreover, the test connection is successful however when I generate a report to have email being send out of sailpoint, we get the error as shared in the pic. I have also imported the Certificates as well but I don`t believe this error is not related to certificate.

Kindly share any insights how it can be resolved.

Hi @Nitish92,

Does the connection from your identityIQ server towards the Azure AD (graph API) go over a (reverse) proxy server? If so are the certificates of the proxy server added to the cacerts of the used JRE?

You can also take a look at the TLS protocols configured for the java client within you application server. (For Tomcat ass the following option system property: -Djdk.tls.client.protocols="TLSv1.3,TLSv1.2"
