Related to cnow network access request and exchange email request

When I request for network access using cnow who already has Network ID it means network access equals true then the state should be pending and work notes should say network access already exists but it my case it is showing open and worknotes is not updating

Same as in case of both network and email exchange I’m unable to see logs after requesting for network access

After updating Adafter Modify rule I’m requesting for cnow it is not triggering

Are you referring to SNOW ? Is this question related to ISC or something else ?
