Regarding Service Desk integration in Sailpoint isc

Hey Guys,

I tried adding a custom field in SD but that custom field is not visible in the ticket in SNOW . PFA screenshot . (UPN highlighted in yellow)

Can anyone please tell me how can i ADD the UPN attribute in the ticket in SNOW?

You should customized the default Before Provisioining Rule attached to your SDIM configuration. In that before rule you can get any identity attributes and then populate provisioning plan with it. After in your ticket content configuration you can get it.

If you have Sailpoint PS in your project you can ask them and they can assist you for that.

Does the catalog item in SNOW contain the UPN field? Did you add the userPrincipalName from the Identity to the provisioning plan in a Before Provisioning Rule?

No i directly did it without before prov rule>

And if i need to add before prov rule how can i make and add one ? can u guide?

Can you plese help me with steps how to configure before prov rule in service desk>?
