Refresh task trying to assign the already assigned roles to the user

I am facing an issue where the refresh task is trying to assign the roles which are already assigned and detected on the identities. Which is generating a lot of provisioning transactions.

I tried to run refresh task with only “Refresh assigned, detected roles and promote additional entitlements” and the transaction was generated. We want to stop the transactions from being generated for the users whose role is already assigned and detected.

Is anyone aware about the issue or Has anyone faced a similar issue ?

Hi @ankur_nayak,

run the refresh tash without “Provising assingment” flag. With this flag the task will provides every assigned role.

I tried that but the transaction is still being generated in provisioning transaction
