I need to edit this so all three email addresses get all the notifications. Is it possible to send this to multiple external email addresses not id# in IDN.
In non-production tenants, admins commonly redirect allemails to a test address rather than allowing them to be sent to business users. To configure this redirection:

Currently, it is not possible to send emails to multiple recipients using the “test email” field.
Additionally, while email templates allow for modifications to the email message data, the recipient list remains fixed.
I would also like to note that while we can change the email address of the “reply to” field, it is not possible to include multiple email addresses in the recipient list

Correct I need to add 2 other emails and it fails see your message below
@TJ21 you can create a DL and assign it.
You can then use that email DL to add or remove users who should receive those email.
If setting up a DL is not possible, you can use one the three emails and then create a rule in outlook to forward the IDN emails to the other two emails. Just trying to think about workarounds
