The complete button has turned red and if we click on that it displays the message saying "Access Review Alert
Please click on the user’s name to continue to review access page.*"
We had seen this issue few before as well. However, the workaround was to undo each decision for each subordinate and the redo the decision and saving would work. However, this time the certification is already in revocation phase so we cannot take any decision.

But what is the issue here, since the certification is already in revocation state, so it will be revoking the access, if reviews is not certified on time.
I don’t think this is normal because when we tried downloading the certification and uploaded it again, the button started showing green and I believe during revocation users are not able to take decision but if they have taken decisions on all items, they should be able to complete only.
Moreover, we have seen this behavior during Active phase as well for some certifications and we would resolve this by undoing one decision for each direct reports and redoing the decision and saving would again bring the button from red to green. So, we have not been able to find why is this happening. Looks like the ceritifcation needs to be refreshed, somehow the certification might have been corrupted but don’ t know the reason
