We are using OOTB report to check the revocation done in a campaign. For some of the items which were revoked we see that ‘Type’ is shown as ‘No Action Required’. even though the user doesn’t have the said entitlement anymore.
What could the No Action Required mean when the access was revoked? Has anyone faced this kind of situation?
this means that cert has been reviewed and found to be satisfactory, so no additional step is needed.
Hey, yes but the decision was to revoke the access. Does that mean the access was removed from the identity before the certification remediation phase?
yes, kind of correct. If there is no access or some how access remove while certification already launched so this message can occur.
