Certification Error: Item was revoked but has not been removed

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for your guidance regarding an issue I’m facing with the error “Item was revoked but has not been removed.”

In this case I create a new certification and tried to revoke Asset Viewer and Incident User, for some reason it shows only Asset Viewer on error, and sometimes it will show both

when using a Web Service connector, I encounter this error — even though my Before Operation rule and Get Object rule do not show any issues.

even the entitlement on my account it deleted also.

Could you please advise what I need to adjust or fix to prevent this error from occurring?

Did you run the aggregation task for the application?? If the aggregation is not completed within the revocation period and outside of the certification period, you will see this message

You can verify what you have set for this scan interval by going to the Configuration->System Configuration and seeing what is set for remediationScanInterval .

Hi @naveenkumar3 , Thank you for your answer, I tried to do aggregation task, but still can not make this warning disappear, but the data is gone already regarding api calling to delete the data success
