we are generating a certification from workflow on department change. when the manager revokes the roles, it shows it is in review mode. How can the manager complete the certification and revoke the selected access.
Hi @himabindu306 , the manager must review all items in the certification (revoke or approve), then click Submit to complete the certification—this final action applies revocations and retains approved access.

After revoking access, the manager must complete the certification:
- Click the “Complete Review” or “Sign Off” button at the top of the certification page.
If they don’t, the system remains in “Review in Progress”, and nothing is provisioned
