Rebuilding AD Test environment

Hello all,

I am currently in the process of rebuilding my companies test environment. The current test AD environment is roughly 10 years old and in desperate need for a refresh. I was not apart of the team that implemented our SailPoint deployment team so I lack some of the legacy knowledge.

Leveraging VSC, I am comparing both AD connectors, old vs new. I came across beforeProvisioningRule and I am trying to investigate this rule and gain more information as to what was implemented so I can recreate.

I have its unique ID, how do I go about pulling this rule?
Since I have the ID, am I able to apply this old rule to my new AD connector?

New to development, appreciate any insight.

You can use SP-Config to export the rule ( SP-Config | SailPoint Developer Community) and view the source code. And yes, since you have the ID you can apply it to the new connector in the same way.
