Provisioning Problems on IdentityRequest with large number of entitlements

Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

We are having problems managing Access Requests with 20+ entitlements.

The current step gets stuck on - Current Step: Split Approval and Provision Subprocess.

All the work items are aproved, but the Provisionings all are stuck on Pending.

Any ideas what might me causing this?
