Hello Experts,
I have an Access request for a user that failed during provisioning because the group does not exist on the Target.
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this Access Request that was unsuccessful during provisioning?
Thanks

Hi, You can run more frequest aggregations to check the groups exists in target before request is raised. If the group/entitlement is not avaialble SailPoint will not allow you to raise a request.
If the provisioning fails because the group is missing in the target I think it is good indication that can be reported to your client that groups are being deleted after request have been raised.
if the group doen’t exist in target then this is expected behaviour . I would suggest to run the group aggregation in short interval so that if group is deleted it get deleted from isc and no one should be able to raise the request for deleted group.
