To resolve one of our rehire requirements for existing users, we want to provision a birthright business role for the user with active and access to X application.
Use Case- If user is active and has access to X application , provision birthright role. This needs to be run everyday.
How can we achieve this ? Can we add BR with in BR and use assignment rule, please suggest effective way.

This can be achieved through birthright provisioning using Roles. First, create a Business Role with an assignment rule. You can define the assignment rule using either a match list or rules. Next, add the IT roles to the Business Role. Finally, execute the Identity Cube Refresh task, ensuring that the options for refreshing assigned and detected roles, promoting additional entitlements and provision assignments, are checked.
