Hi All , We have requirement based on the jobcodes a role has to be assigned to the user.
Our Approach: We created a business Role and IT Role and we have a Role provisioning policy form and we have Assignment Rule(Match List) and we have servicenow resolver group details also in the business role. We are trying to run refresh identity cube with “Refresh assigned,detected roles and promote additional entitlements and Provision assignments” checked. Our Application is a delimited applictation.
Issue here is we are not able to generate a REQ number . we have placed the details is identityiq for servicenow service desk (calalog and Manageresource). I need help here. Much appreciated.
Can you please share more details about the configuration ?
Based on what you mentioned, you are trying to create a SNOW request whenever a user is assigned to the role. with the delimited application, have you defined the IntegrationConfig?
Did you check if you raise the request for any entitlement tickets are generated?
If yes then I would say check if the business role is assigned to user after identity refresh ?
Thank You for the response. We changed the provisioning policy form from Role to Application provisioning policy form.It is now working as expected.
