Business role not assigned

Hi all,

I am facing an issue where when I refresh an identity, the business role is not getting assigned. What am I missing? The role criteria is correct and I have verified that no workflow is pending for the identity.

please kindly provide some more details, especially about the bundle, bundle configuration, identity and the identity refresh you are running.

We can definitely assure you that this functionality is well tested and (usually) working as expected in IIQ :wink:

please check on your identity refresh if the option is selected:

Are there any asignment rules for that role ?
Maybe it causes that the role is not assigned depending on assignment conditions
