Provision attribute COMM_Method (Communication Type) in SAP GRC

Hi All
We are using IIQ 8.4
In SAP GRC connector i need to provision the COMM_METHOD attribute. and the value must be INT

I have tried to add to the schema in different ways (Communication Type as in SAP Direct, CommMethod and so on) but in all cases i get the same Error: This is my last test:

sailpoint.connector.InvalidConfigurationException: CommMethod attribute is not applicable.

Is it possible provision this attribute through sap grc connector?, Which is the exact name of the attribute we have to add to the schema?

Reading the connector documentation, in the Custom BAPI section there is nothing about this attribute either.

Hi @vmingo,

I am not sure, but COMM_METHOD could be the correct name.

Also,are you sure you can read this attribute? Maybe you need some permission or on SAP a configuration is missing

I opened a support case too, and they answered to me, that if the attribute is not present in OOTB account attribute scheme or in the list of supported attributes by Custom BAPI, then is not possible to provision it.

At the moment, in the client there is no Custom BAPI implemented, so I cannot test provisioning using the custom bapi just in case.

I don’t know if anyone else has the same problem and has been able to provision the attribute (or another, for reference) in some way.
