Hi Team,

Has anyone integrated the BMC ITSM direct connector with SailPoint IIQ? We are currently facing issues with provisioning manager details to the BMC ITSM connector.

Additionally, is it possible to customize the provision create form? If so, how can we achieve this?

Would you be able to share the error that you are receiving?

On your question related to provisioning policy- you can modify it as per requirement? Do you want to add additional attributes to the provisioning policy?

yes, i have added additional attribute. We need to add "internalName=“XXXX” value.
Now issue has been resolved. Thanks
