I am trying to set MFA phone number in Azure using Graph API in a workflow, the request fails as the workflow is changing the + sign in a phone number which is required by the MS API to a &#43 and the request fails. How can we work around this.

Thanks for the sample. I am able to reproduce your issue. It appears that there are several characters that are encoded when using inline variables, including the + sign. I will notify our engineering team of this issue, and I will report back once it is fixed.
