Preference Update Email Is Sent To Personal Email Rather Than Work Email

The OTB preference update email is being sent to the personal email rather than the work email. Is there a configuration setting that can be updated to fix this ?

Hi @shristeerawat,

Can you check other emails are also going to a specific email. Can you also validate Test Address under Email Settings, may be all of the emails in your tenant are routed to a particular email.
