Hi all,
We are getting Request violation on requesting an entitlement. The issue is that we are not able to find the Policy that we are seeing on the violation on the Policies page. Is there something that we are missing?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @rishavghoshacc ,
When a policy violation occurs, the policy name will be displayed. Ensure that the policyScheme variable is set to “interactive” in the LCM provisioning workflow. If this value is set to “fail,” the policy name will not be displayed.
<Variable initializer="interactive" input="true" name="policyScheme">
<Description>
A String that specifies how policy checks effect the overall
process.
none - disabled policy checking
continue - continue if policy violations are found
interactive - allow requester to remove request items which are causing violations
fail - this option will cause the workflow to terminate immediately if any policy violations are found.
Note that the requester will not be notified that the workflow has terminated.
</Description>
</Variable>
The Policy Violation was being generated from the Workflow itself. That was the reason we weren’t able to find the Policy in the Policies page
