@originalmths domino client must also a 32 bits version ?

Now i’m able to contact IQService for password reset but i have the following error :

Thank you very much @originalmths for your input about the “Update Account” policies and others informations.

The password update works fine for me.

We reinstalled our Domino Client in 32 bit version on IQService.
