It can be probably during an Identity Refresh (which are happened 8 AM and 8PM ) depending on the tenant configuration time zone.
Have try to process an Identity when displayed the identity details ?

We already tried to process identity it doesn’t work unfortunately…
SailPoint does not store passwords, so there is no way to retry the sync. If I am mistaken, hopefully someone can correct me.
Hi @torry_salamat , @jalexand is correct, since the password is not stored, there is no retry option. The user would have to try again. You can modify the User Password Changed email template that will show the failures to alert the user to try again or contact the helpdesk.
