Pass clientmetadata in access request into ITSM ticket

Is there a way to loop through the request and get the clientmetadata being sent. Ive tried items.clientMetaData.{keyValueName] but to no avail

Is this a workflow question? If so, can you please share a screenshot of where you are configuring the inline variable for the metadata?
