Please consider addressing the following when creating your topic:

Has anyone worked on OUD Integration with ISC? Currently I am trying to do one poc for oud provisioning. But whenever there is a provisioning request , it is going for manual provisioning.

I have already setup Create Account profile and other required things for provisioning.

Let me know if anyone has worked on it.

If it’s going to Manual Provisioning it means “PROVISIONIG” feature has been removed in the source. What type of connector are you using?

@iamnithesh I tried LDAP and OpenLDAP both.

I just tried to configure LDAP connector and see by default features does not have PROVISIONING. Can you check your source using API and add PROVISIONING to features if needed.

Follow the steps:

  1. Configure VSC with ISC tenant.
  2. Navigate to Sources.
  3. Open your respective source.
  4. Search for features.
  5. Add PROVISIONING in your feature array.
  6. Try the provisioning. It will work.

Let me know if you face any issue.

@msingh900 Just wanted to check if there is a way to have this enabled automatically for all sources, instead of adding it manually each time.

There is no automated way to do this. At the time of creation you need to check whether provisioning feature is available or not.

If it is not listed, then you need to add PROVISIONING via API or via VSC.

Also, I have observed in the production and sandbox tenant that sailpoint has released a button through which you can enable and disable the provisioning for all the application connectors.

@msingh900 Yes, I observed this in both Sandbox and Production tenants as well.
I noticed that the “Enable Provisioning” option is available in some demo tenants, but it is not available in my demo tenant
