I am trying to trigger Leaver event using RapidSetup. But whenever the event is run, the user has been successfully moved to the Disabled OU and have been disabled. But error is still shown.
What is the reason behind this?
The User is not part of any groups. The user is only part of Finance department OU.
So it looks like some part of the process is trying to do a GET on the old LDAP object reference (in the Finance OU) after you’ve already successfully moved the user to the ‘Disabled Users’ OU.
I believe there is a bug open against this at the moment - I would encourage you to open a support ticket with SailPoint for tracking.
