If you have PASSWORD_LIFESPAN_DAYS and/or PASSWORD_LIFESPAN_ACCESSES in the account schema, try to remove them. We saw this issue after the following update:
The release notes incorrectly spells the attribute name, but the PASSWORD_EXPR and PASSWORD_NO_OF_DAYS attributes now contain this information on account aggregation.
